When you sign up for a Phontel Networks inc. account, we automatically send a confirmation email including your account information and instructions to the address listed in your registration form. Sometimes, this can take up to 24 hours due to Internet congestion and sign up volume. Please be sure that you:

• are using the correct address and

• you don't receive any error messages after signing-up
