For Standard Callback

1. Caller dials a unique local DID number (direct-inward-dial) in Canada connected to the system and assigned only to him.
System plays a ring-back tone without answering the call
Caller hangs up phone
System calls back the user at a predefined telephone number using the route and rate as defined in the Callback rate table defined for this user.
When the user answers, the system can state his available balance, and then play a prompt asking for a destination number or just play a dialtone sound. if the Callback goes out on an analog line, the user must say "hello".
When the caller enters the destination number, the system connects the call using the route and rate as defined in the rate table for this user’s account.
7. For finishing the call, the caller simply hangs-up or press # keypad on telephone for two seconds, or if the destination number is busy or unanswered.
Billing occurs either as one item for each call (for the total rate) (option 1) or one item for the Callback call + one item for each individual call (option 2)
